Job Title: HCMS Girl's Head Soccer Coach

Location: Hickman County Middle School 

Job Responsibilities: The Head Girls’ Soccer Coach is responsible for leading and supervising the middle school girls’ soccer program in a way that promotes skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth among student-athletes. The coach will plan and conduct practices, teach fundamental soccer skills and game strategies, supervise athletes during practices, games, and team activities, and communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration. The coach is also responsible for organizing team expectations, maintaining equipment and uniforms, coordinating schedules and transportation needs, and ensuring compliance with school and athletic policies while fostering a positive and supportive team culture.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements: Certified Teacher (preferred), and Coaching Experience

Hours: After School Hours for practices and games

Contract Period: 26-27 School Year

Starting Date: Summer 2026
