Description of Duties:

Implement a health education curriculum aligned with the New York State standards. Create lesson plans, instructional material, and assessments to support student learning. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and personal growth. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student development and well-being. Participate in professional development activities and stay updated with current trends in health education.

Requirements:

Valid NYS Teaching certification in Health Education
