The Sparta R-III school district is seeking a Middle School (5/6 grade) teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The candidate must demonstrate an enthusiasm for teaching, motivating students, engaging in continuous professional development, and improving strong communication skills to establish relationships with the school community. The candidate should also have an understanding of utilizing data to identify strategies to empower student learning as well as a belief in the differentiation of instruction to meet the needs of our learners and strong classroom management skills.
