Salary Grade: $26.25/Hr
Reports To: Building Administrator
FLSA: Non-Exempt
What You'll Be Doing: (Responsibilities)
Perform the classroom duties of an absent teacher, including the following:
Perform all classroom duties including the following:
Prepare & execute course of study
Manage the classroom so that curriculum guidelines/requirements are fulfilled
Lecture, demonstrate, and use appropriate teaching aids to present subject matter to the students
Prepare, administer &/or correct assignments & tests
Record grades, attendance, academic achievement
Assist as directed by the building administration (Including clerical, cafeteria, bus duties.)
To Be Successful at This Job, You'll Need To: (Qualifications)
Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited college or university
Must have an overall GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

Must pass the pre-employment background investigation.
Must commit to working towards completing a teaching certification including Pathway Meetings | Mentorship | Check-In

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Length of work year: 185 days; 8 hours/day
