Location: FFSD Restoration Center (Alternative & Credit Recovery)

Status: 10-Month Academic Calendar Certified Staff Exempt

The Opportunity: Charting the Path Forward

In Ferguson-Florissant, a student’s past does not define their future. We are seeking a compassionate, resilient, and highly motivating Wellness Adv Edmentum Teacher to join our "New Chapter." Working in our alternative programming, you will guide scholars who are working through credit recovery, behavioral restoration, or non-traditional paths to graduation.

Using the Edmentum digital platform as your toolkit, you aren't just managing software—you are diagnosing learning gaps, building custom academic goals, and providing the face-to-face coaching and emotional support that empowers students to cross the finish line. If you believe that relationship-building is the foundation of recovery, your next chapter starts here.

The Wellness Adv Edmentum Teacher facilitates personalized, digital-blend learning experiences for students assigned to alternative learning or credit recovery environments. Reporting to the Building Administrator, you will monitor student progress through online coursework, provide targeted direct instruction, and collaborate with counselors to ensure students meet graduation or restoration goals. You are responsible for cultivating a restorative, trauma-informed classroom environment focused on accountability and growth.
