Belle Elementary is seeking a passionate and dedicated Title I Elementary Teacher to support student achievement and growth in a targeted or schoolwide Title I program. This educator will work collaboratively with classroom teachers, administrators, and families to provide high-quality instruction and interventions that meet the diverse needs of learners.

Key Responsibilities

Provide targeted, research-based instruction in reading and/or math to students identified for Title I services
Use data to identify student needs, monitor progress, and adjust instruction accordingly
Collaborate with classroom teachers to support differentiated instruction and student success
Assist in the development and implementation of intervention plans
Maintain accurate records of student progress and program effectiveness
Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and strategies for support at home
Participate in professional development and Title I program planning
Support schoolwide initiatives aimed at improving student outcomes
