Job Description
Vision Academy, a school in the United Schools of Indianapolis (USI) network, is seeking a passionate and dedicated K-8 Technology Teacher who is committed to ensuring every child develops the academic foundation, social skills, and work habits necessary for long-term success. USI offers a competitive salary and benefits package, with teachers eligible to earn up to $40,000 annually in performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- A valid Indiana teaching license.
- Experience supporting children in developing foundational academic skills.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum and content.
- The instructional and classroom management skills necessary to support diverse learners at varying skill levels.
- A commitment to engaging families and the broader community in students’ academic and social development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
- A deep commitment to high expectations and measurable student achievement.
- Leadership potential and a willingness to take initiative to improve outcomes inside and outside the classroom.
