The Role

Responsibilities

Classroom Instruction:

• Deliver engaging, rigorous, and student-centered K-6 instruction.
• Foster a classroom environment that supports inquiry, creativity, and community.
• Use data and feedback for continuous process improvements in student learning and engagement.

Beyond the Classroom:

• Lead or support extracurricular programs, student life initiatives, or advisory roles.
• Collaborate with school leadership on strategic planning, community partnerships, and special projects.
• Contribute to admissions and school development.
• Be a thought partner in shaping school policy, mission integration, and future programming.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree and a valid Indiana Educator's license required.
• Teaching experience in an independent, private, and/or parochial school setting preferred.
• Passion for student-centered learning and holistic education.
• Eagerness to build relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• A sense of initiative, vision, and the willingness to take on evolving roles.
