Job Description

Urey Middle School has an opening for an English/Language Arts Teacher beginning in the 2026-2027 School Year.


Qualifications:

  • Valid Teaching License
  • Emergency permits may be considered in special circumstances

Job Description:

  • Plan Curriculum and instruction based on Indiana State Standards and local goals.
  • Instruct using best practices that emphasize differentiation, engagement, and technology.
  • Evaluate student performance with both formative and summative assessments.
  • Use data to guide classroom decisions.
