Job Summary:
North West Hendricks Schools is seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire a love of learning, build strong relationships with students and families, and support academic growth through innovative and inclusive teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons in core subject areas (Math, Reading, Science, and Social Studies).
Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
Use assessments and data to guide instruction and provide meaningful feedback to students.
Collaborate with grade-level teams, support staff, and families to meet diverse learning needs.
Integrate technology and hands-on learning strategies to support student engagement.
Participate in school-wide initiatives, professional development, and extracurricular activities as needed.

Qualifications:

Valid Indiana teaching license with appropriate Elementary certification.
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Strong instructional and classroom management skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
