The Interventionist will support 2nd and 3rd grade students in achieving proficiency on IREAD. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in the Science of Reading and a deep commitment to improving student literacy outcomes.

Preferred candidates will hold Literacy Certification from the state of Indiana and demonstrate experience administering IREAD, with a proven track record of successful student outcomes. Experience implementing foundational reading interventions is highly valued.

This role requires collaboration and instructional leadership, including co-planning and co-teaching with both 2nd and 3rd grade teachers. The Interventionist will also coordinate IREAD tutoring supports and foster strong family partnerships through communication and engagement opportunities such as family literacy nights.
