Qualification: Required: Have minimum of 5 years directly related work experience over the last 10 years, the ability to obtain a Workplace Specialist License granted by the Indiana Department of Education in Cosmetology, and valid Indiana Cosmetology Instructor's License. Preferred: Possesses an earned associates in Cosmetology related field or higher degree from a regionally accredited institution; and has a minimum of 2 years directly related work experience; or holds the ability to obtain a Workplace Specialist License granted by the Indiana Department of Education in Cosmetology, and valid Indiana Cosmetology Instructor's License. Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position.
