·      Valid Indiana teaching license - (Government, Economics, Historical Perspectives)

·      Willingness to teach in a highly collaborative environment with a co-teacher

·      Familiarity with project-based learning

·      Prior experience preferred

·      Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster positive relationships
